Um, is that a dog?

Proof that not all my culinary endeavors are picture perfect.

Upon seeing it come out of the oven, Little Man said, 'Wow Mom, you made dog bread!'

Hmmm...not exactly what I was aiming for, but I'll take his praise.

I totally am lacking his creativity but I know my dogs would LURVE to eat some of that homemade bread!

We've been making bread as of late here too. . .not exactly the canine variety, however :) I just snapped some photos for a post. I'm sure that yours was delicious.

Looks good to me! Nothing like the smell of fresh bread is there?

I'm sure it was delicious - that's the great thing about bread, looks don't matter.

And if you tried to do this, it wouldn't work! Thanks for sharing.

I think it looks like a baby penguin that fell asleep on top of a sea turtle. I'd eat it... with butter!

I can personally vouch that while it looked a little wonky, it tasted marvelous!

My girls love it when I make forms out of food, even if it's not on purpose.
